Following the discovery of a quality issue with my water feature on opening the package, I contacted "Lights4fun" using the contact link on their website. Mikyla responded first thing next day asking for pictures of the problem. She apologised and agreed to send a replacement free of charge. I tend to buy from Amazon as you can be sure of support when things go wrong however my with experience with this company was excellent. Great firm and Mikyla is an asset to them. Thank you.

Many companies offer good value but fall down on customer service when things don’t go to plan. Not Lights4fun, they have great products and superb customer service. A lot of large organisations could learn from them.

I’m a regular purchaser from Lights4fun and have loved everything I have bought. Recently I ordered some items in their sale and as usual they were dispatched quickly. However after a week they were still in EVRi’s depot. I contacted Katrina and immediately got a response saying she would contact EVRi to return the items to them and meanwhile she would send out a replacement express delivery. 5 star service from a 5 star company

Helpful and efficient company to deal with and would highly recommend for price, quality and definitely service. It is rare to find a company who do what they say but these people did just that and in a very friendly and professional manner.

I can definitely recommend Lights4fun for all your outdoor lighting.

Around 20 years ago I bought their led connectable string lights for around our roofline, also around mid-level canopies over bay windows, porch and rear extension. The lights have been in place all that time, out in all weathers and never taken down. They are brilliant because they all connect together and just require one socket to plug in to.

Unfortunately last Christmas we noticed that part of one length had stopped working. Last week I finally got around to ordering a replacement 10m length but when it arrived we found that the connector design had changed since I bought the original lights.

I emailed Lights4fun and received exceptional customer service from Melissa. After sending her photos of my old connector ends she sent me convertors to go between the old run of lights still in place on the roof and the new ProConnect length, free of charge.
Now looking forward to another 20 years of lighting up my home.

I had a problem with my lights and contacted the customer support. The response I received was promp and diligent. I have to say the customer care is excellent and I felt valued and listened to

Owing to a shift of warehouse premises, my purchase of a new link cable for my lights was much delayed. With a party imminent for which I needed my lights, I chased it up and Lisa could not have been more helpful. She even gifted two sets of lights by express courier to help me out. Such exemplary customer service is sadly rare these days but was much appreciated.

My festoon lights was only just out of guarantee of 2 years. I had bought many items from Lights4fun without any problems, but now my garden lights were letting my garden down as a fair few bulbs weren’t working.
Mikyla at Lights4fun was so empathetic and helpful and, on this occasion, ordered some replacement lights so my garden can look great again in the evening, I love this company.m and will definitely buy from them again!

Got the Lismore Dio solar lantern set last year as a birthday present and was delighted with them. They worked beautifully and looked stunning in my garden.
I put them away over winter as I didn’t want them damaged in the bad weather but when I got them out again this year, they didn’t work. Contacted Lights4fun and promptly was given clear instructions on how to check the rechargeable batteries and recharge if necessary. Failing that, I would be sent replacement batteries free of charge.
Having tried with no success, I contacted them again and have been told that replacement lanterns will be delivered within the next few days.
I can only praise the company for its exceptional customer service (which can be all too rare nowadays) -promptly replying to emails, pleasant interactions and immediate resolution to the problem.
I am very much looking forward to receiving my new lanterns and would be more than happy to deal with this company in the future.

I was disappointed with an item I purchased and emailed the customer service department. Rachel in the Support office had the issue resolved within a few hours. I am so impressed with the 5* customer service of Lights4fun -I have used them before and will certainly be using them again.

Lights didn't work, no security tab, nonspecific instructions which did not pertain to my lights? These looked used as box wasn't sealed, so possibly returned broken lights resent out?
Emailed customer services and receive a standard automated reply with links to videos to watch to test the solar battery pack. Unfortunately, these videos don't apply to my lights as they're in a sealed battery pack and so cannot test them as per video.
My complaint number is 217953.

Contacted Lights4fun when I had not received a delivery date and tracking details, the customer service was fast and effective and a delivery date raised for the next day, this was a result of delays in the delivery company rarther than Lights4fun, but they managed to speed up the delivery for me.

Ordered 2 sets of special edition Icicle Twinkly lights at full price, so expected new lights, what I got were pre opened lights which had obviously been used as they weren’t packed correctly, security stickers all broken on both boxes and one was missing the velcro strap (not my first purchase of twinkly lights so know what to expect from a brand new product). Both set of lights work but if I am being sold used or demonstration lights I want to be told and expect to pay an appropriate price. Was going to buy more Twinkly lights from them but don’t think I can trust them.
Update. I am happy to change my 2 star rating to 5 star rating due to the excellent customer service I received from Lisa and feel reassured that I can and will order from them again with confidence.

Absolutely over the moon with the service I have received from this company, totally my fault ordering wrong item, but they were nothing but kind & professional , sorted my problem so fast Customer Service is Brilliant ? & my Festoon Lights are Amazing ? .
